For our product range of hardening machines we offer the following additional services:
TEST AND COMPONENT TESTING
Even before the hardening machine is built, we can test the quality characteristics of the inductors and the durability of the components in our application laboratory. The bending and torsional fatigue strength of hardened crankshafts can be precisely determined on our own test benches. This allows components to be optimized for use even before series production.
In the sideshaft application laboratory, sampling, test hardening, inductor qualification, and small series production for prototype construction are carried out.
ADDITIONAL MODULES FOR OUR HARDENING MACHINES
We offer the following expansion modules for our hardening machine portfolio: Data Matrix, loader interface, concentricity measurement, component drying, energy measurement (EME), inductor management (RFID technology) and marking or labeling.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY
Hardening is an energy-intensive process. The electrical components, inductors, quenching water, and workpieces must be continuously cooled. Therefore, we pay particular attention to the efficiency and efficient design of all components. For the power sources for the inductors, we rely on the latest converter technologies, which reduce energy consumption and enable precise process control.
The use of sophisticated parallel resonant circuits in a compact design for power transmission, short cable lengths, and frequency-controlled pumps reduce the machine's energy consumption. This makes our hardening machines among the most energy-efficient in the world. We set the standard.
