Vertical hardening machine VHM

The VHM 1000 vertical hardening machine is an optimally tailored solution for the powertrain product area. Originally developed for the product driveshaft, this machine type can be used for a wide range of products such as rotor shafts, camshafts and many other components. In addition to classic single shot hardening, scan hardening can also be selected. In regards to the high rigidity of the system parts, the maximum speed and a high availability of the machine, we set new standards. The machine can be configured modularly with one or two hardening stations and thus optimally adapted to the application, cycle time and cost budget.

Universal Hardening Machine

The UM universal hardening machine is an “All-rounder” among vertical induction hardening machines. This machine offers maximum flexibility in a minimum of installation space. Thanks to its modular design, the UM can be configured for almost any hardening task. Thanks to the modular principle with rotary indexing tables, infeed and outfeed belts, twin work spindles, robot automation and much more, the UM can be perfectly adapted to your requirements. The UM is often used for inductive hardening of CV joint components, including inner and outer race, housings and wheel hubs.
