Hardening machines for automotive crankshafts For crankshafts up to 700 mm

Our machine types BAZ-2 with 1 or 2 stations, as well as type FAST-NG offer the optimal solution for crankshafts up to 700 mm. They are specially designed to meet the requirements of  the automotive industry and offer the ideal solution for crankshafts for passenger cars and other vehicles.

Hardening machine BAZ-2 (1-station/ 2-station)

Worldwide unique machine type with rotating hardening process in the design of a machining center. The fully encapsulated work area offers maximum ease of use with the machine operator having direct access to the hardening stations. All functional assemblies are accessible at ground level for maintenance and repairs. Thanks to a modular basic concept, solutions with a hardening station as well as with two separate stations for the main and connecting rod bearing journals can be implemented.

KEY FACTS

  • Integrated in serial production 24/7 in our own production (Automotive division)
  • Loading and unloading via portal systems
  • Direct process observation during hardening
  • Simplified service and maintenance on one level
  • Workpiece length up to 0.7 m and weight of 30 kg
  • Cycle time > 60 s

Hardening machine FAST-NG

The FAST-NG machine type with a fully encapsulated work area is designed for a high output of crankshafts. The shortest cycle times can be achieved thanks to the classic through-clock arrangement. Loading and unloading can take place at two separate positions or alternatively at one position. Large windows offer maximum ease of use with the machine operator having a very good view of the hardening stations.

KEY FACTS
